The strategy that works in Morocco: the deposit
Many Moroccan buyers hesitate to pay 100% online. A 20-30% deposit removes that brake: the customer commits (no more whimsical COD orders), you secure production or the date, and the balance is paid on delivery. We build this journey wherever it makes sense: hotel bookings, custom orders, service work.
What the integration includes
Advice on the right choice for your customer base (local, tourist, mixed)
Support with the application file (CMI) or account creation (Stripe/PayPal)
Site integration: full payment, deposit, or payment link via WhatsApp
Confirmation page, automatic receipt, notification for every transaction
Full test mode before going live — no real payment goes through before your green light
Legal notices and refund policy written with you
Integration included in the Business plan from 5,400 MAD. Last updated: October 2026.
On top of the per-transaction commission, most banks charge a VAD subscription (service rental). Amounts change over time: ask your bank for the price list — we help you compare two or three offers before you sign.
Can I get paid in dirhams with Stripe?
Stripe doesn't directly handle Moroccan bank accounts. For a foreign customer base, a suitable entity is often used; for Moroccan customers, CMI remains the natural route. We guide you based on your real situation.
Is cash on delivery (COD) still useful?
Yes — it reassures a significant share of customers. Our recommendation: COD + online deposit option. Serious customers often choose the deposit to get priority; the others pay on delivery.
How are refunds handled?
Each solution has its partial or full refund procedure in its dashboard. We write a clear policy with you (deadlines, conditions) displayed on the site: that's what prevents 90% of disputes.
Can my current site receive a payment module?
Most of the time, yes. We audit the technical base; if it's healthy and secure (HTTPS, maintained site), integration happens without rebuilding everything. Otherwise, a redesign is often more cost-effective than risky tinkering when money is at stake.
