Website creation for real estate and housing in Morocco
Real estate agencies, developers, architects, tradespeople and construction companies: a website that presents your properties, your projects and your quotes, and receives inquiries while you're on site.
In this market, the buying decision is slow but contact is immediate: a buyer who can't find the price, surface or location of a property doesn't call back. So we build sites that make information verifiable — dated photos, surfaces, property status, construction milestones — and channel every inquiry toward one gesture: writing or calling you.
- Public prices September 2026: showcase from 2,499 MAD delivered in 7 days, plans with catalog or booking from 5,400 MAD, custom project from 9,000 MAD.
- Our 12 client sites online can be browsed one by one, with the link to each real site: it's our only reference — we don't publish a fictitious portfolio.
- Mockup sent within 48 hours and approved before any final commitment written into the quote.
- Twelve months of follow-up included after launch: corrections, updates and backups, at no extra charge.
The real estate and housing trades we cover
Every trade has its own way of convincing. A real estate agency sells a transaction, a mason sells proof of craftsmanship. The website is not built the same way in both cases.
Real estate agency
The site carries the catalog of available properties, with price, surface and status, and one sheet per property. The goal is to bring back both seller and buyer: an agency that publishes its listings seriously also attracts new listings.
Agent immobilier
A personal page changes the nature of the relationship: people don't contact a brand, they contact a person. The site presents your area, your recent transactions and your direct contact details, including WhatsApp.
Promoteur immobilier
The development is told from site plan to key handover. Plans, layouts, number of available units, progress schedule: these are the elements that reassure a buyer about a property that doesn't exist yet.
Gestion locative
The landlord wants to understand what you do on their behalf: tenant search, inventory reports, rent collection, chasing arrears. Each service deserves its page, with the management fee.
Seasonal rental
A readable calendar, a nightly or weekly rate, and direct booking avoid paying a platform commission on every stay. Atmosphere photos do the rest.
Condominium management
You're addressing co-owners looking for transparent management: service charges, voted works, general assemblies, quotes. The site also serves to recruit new buildings.
Architecte
A tender jury and a private individual don't read the same page. The portfolio must show real projects with their context — program, site constraints, design stance — not just spectacular renderings.
Interior decoration
Before and after, then the details: materials, light, color choices. A client cannot estimate a decoration project; displaying a price range by service type saves you appointments.
Interior design
Close to decoration, but the mission starts earlier: space planning, custom furniture, site follow-up. The site must clearly distinguish the two service levels.
Construction
A client wants to know who supervises the worksite, under which insurance you operate and on which comparable projects. Three pieces of information that outweigh any sales pitch.
Renovation
The client is renovating a place they know: they want to see what you've done with a space comparable to theirs. A gallery organized by renovation type — kitchen, bathroom, full apartment — answers better than a general catalog.
Maçonnerie
A local trust business: clients come from neighborhood searches or word of mouth. The site must therefore name the municipalities covered and show job sites photographed on location.
Peinture
The client's question is almost always about two things: how long it takes to repaint a standard apartment, and the cost per square meter. Answering these two questions avoids half the calls.
Plomberie
Emergency dominates: leaks, water heaters, blocked plumbing. The clickable number and directions must be one gesture away, no searching. Non-emergency work is presented on separate pages.
Electricity
Two distinct markets coexist: immediate repair and planned compliance upgrades. The site must separate them, because today's client is not tomorrow's client.
Climatisation et CVC
The Moroccan market is seasonal and demand explodes in summer. A site ready before the season, with installation pricing, brands handled and a maintenance contract, captures the demand — for installers who prepared their visibility upstream.
Aluminium et verrerie
Windows, bay windows, railings, shop fronts: very different jobs behind a single trade. The site must ask for the project type right in the form to qualify the inquiry.
Roofing and waterproofing
The client first looks for an emergency — water ingress, displaced tiles — then preventive maintenance. The site splits these two intents and states the service areas.
Jardinage et paysagisme
Two levels: regular upkeep, which is a subscription, and garden creation, which is a project. Presenting them separately doubles the clarity of an offer.
Piscine
Construction, renovation, maintenance and spring commissioning are four distinct services. A client looking for monthly maintenance must not land on a construction project page.
Security et alarme
The site reassures on technique and compliance: equipment type, remote monitoring, intervention, warranty. A product sheet alone doesn't convince; an installation demonstration does.
Nettoyage
Post-construction, office, home or condominium cleaning: the specifications differ. The site must allow requesting a quote with surface area and frequency specified.
Building materials
A contractor buys by reference and by quantity. A browsable catalog, even without online sales, reduces the number of calls to check availability.
These trades don't share the same client, so they don't share the same website. We start from what you actually sell to decide which pages to open first — not from a standard template applied to every construction business.
What the website must contain, whatever the trade
Six elements recur in every website in this sector. Their absence translates directly into lost inquiries.
- A photo of every job, taken at your place — no purchased stock images, which end up on your competitors' sites.
- Service areas stated clearly — cities and municipalities served, to receive only feasible requests.
- A permanently clickable number — fixed on desktop, direct call on phone, without retyping.
- A short form — project type, municipality, contact method. Every extra field loses inquiries.
- Prices or ranges — a client who finds no price indication calls elsewhere, even if you're cheaper.
- Verifiable proof — job-site references, company seniority, insurance and qualifications if you have them.
These elements cost nothing more to produce. They do, however, need to be gathered before going live — that's the part of the work that falls to you, and the one that determines the result.
The searches the site must cover
These queries match different intents. The site answers them with a dedicated page or section, never with a single repeated page where only the city name changes.
We guarantee no position in search results: rankings depend on a changing algorithm. What we do guarantee is that every page exists, is indexable, fast, and answers a real intent rather than a keyword list.
Prices and deadlines
Public rates, excluding hosting and domain name (about 500 to 1,200 MAD per year, in your name).
| Formule | Ce qu'elle contient | Prix | Deadline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vitrine | 5 pages, business presentation, projects, contact, form, Google listing | 2 499 DH | 7 days |
| Catalogue | Up to 12 pages, property or project catalog, category filters, multilingual | 5 400 DH | 14 days |
| Custom-made | Online listings, virtual tours, client area, sync with your software | 9 000 DH et plus | 21 days |
These are the rates we apply and publish. A quote never goes below them through negotiation: it varies by scope, and the scope is written in black and white before the first day of production.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website for a real estate agency cost in Morocco?
The showcase plan starts at 2,499 MAD and is delivered in 7 days: it presents the agency, team, services and contact details. A plan with a filterable property catalog starts at 5,400 MAD and takes 14 days. A portal with online listings and a client area starts at 9,000 MAD. In all cases, hosting and domain name remain your responsibility.
Should property prices be published on the site?
Yes, as long as prices are up to date. A buyer who finds no price assumes it's negotiable downward or the property is already sold. If a price must stay confidential for contractual reasons, publishing a range is better than nothing at all.
Can the site sync with real estate transaction software?
Yes, in the custom plan. Sync requires access to the software's interface or a regular data export. We validate this feasibility during scoping, before invoicing anything.
Do construction trades really need a website?
A plumber or mason lives on recommendations, but these are now verified online: the person you're recommended to googles you, and a total absence of information creates doubt. A short site, with real job sites and a clickable number, is enough to lift that doubt.
What happens after going live?
You receive hands-on training to edit content yourself, then twelve months of follow-up: corrections, technical updates, backups and WhatsApp support. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is covered by an annual contract.
